1. Carolina Lures, Inc. is first and foremost a wholesaler. This makes our top priority servicing our dealers and distributors. However, we have come to realize that we can not meet the needs of all anglers solely through normal distribution channels. Thus we have reluctantly began to accept orders via this web site on a case by case basis. This policy brings our company in line with the industry trend. 

2. We will only accept orders via the e-mail form (linked) below. Make sure you include your email address, and telephone number so we can contact you and verify your order, the shipping address you submitted and the credit card info we would need to process a credit card payment. We only accept Visa and Master Cards or money orders.

3. For orders under 6 lbs we charge 9.99 shipping and handling east of the Mississippi and 14.99 west of it. For heavier orders and orders overseas including Hawaii we will prorate the shipping charges as applicable. We reserve the right to not ship any order overseas until payment is received in full.

4. If payment is made by personal check, shipments will not occur until checks clear the bank. 

5. We will not ship orders to anglers if there is a local retailer who is carrying the products requested. Nor will we ship a consumer directly in cases where the retailer is out of stock and it is due to our backorders. 

6. We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason.

7. Purchaser agrees to not take legal action against Carolina Lures for any reason(s), regardless of whether Carolina Lures may or may not be at fault or in non compliance with any State, Federal, or local, law, rule or regulation(s).

8. Retail Sales will not be made within the State of Georgia.
